In an interview with hosts J. Valentine and Tank for "The R&B Money Podcast,"

R&B crooner talked about what spurred him to invest in franchises early in his career.

As previously reported by AFROTECHTM, Brown revealed to US Weekly in a 2015 interview that he owned 14 Burger King locations.

He said on the "R&B Money Podcast" that this kind of preparation can completely transform an artist's career.

He stated on the podcast, "I invested in Burger King and other similar companies so I could have a portfolio of, you know, constant income."
